These measures are designed to cover all possible eventualities and unlike other support contracts take positive pro-active steps to make sure that your audio-visual equipment is kept functioning. The clue is in the title : Support. We do not see a support contact as a form of insurance but as a genuine form of support for the client / user.
Every installation is unique and that is why we do not publish a schedule of pricing for our solutions, we prefer to tailor our contracts to meet the exact needs of the customer.
Low usage client
There are circumstances where installed equipment is used occasionally but we recognise that it is still important to keep the site in good working order and ensure that when it is used it works first time. For these types of circumstances we can tailor a visit for twice annually.
High usage client
At the other end of the spectrum is the high usage client who continually have their audio-visual solution engaged and in use. For these customers keeping the equipment in constant state of good repair is of paramount importance. For them Scotia UK plc can tailor a custom package that suits their requirements.

Hardware is classed into categories depending on the technological complexity of each piece of kit and that is why before Scotia UK plc undertake to commit to a service agreement we will arrange to do a full audit and healthcheck on all the equipment to be covered.
