Wow, I am still excited! We had a “self-made” audio/video system in our simulation center (ISIMED, Dresden/ Germany) for 7 years… Now we have SMOTS, and I can focus on simulation and debriefing without worries about bluescreens and other problems
I hope there will be a Mac version of the software in future, that would be even better!

Gave our SMOTs system a good workout during our IDL sim week recently. 3 in-depth scenarios with role actors and SIM3G and Megacode Kid starring. Footage was used by debrief facilitatators to good effect. Evaluated very positively

Saw Gordon in Manchester and really good two day conference. Came away with many good ideas after networking with many of the speakers. A really good experience and I enjoyed returning to my home city and taking my friends on tram ride for our evening melin China town

So, the smots(tm) blog is ready for input! This is intended to be a forum area for you, the users of smots(tm) to input your thoughts and comments, and for us to keep you updated on developments. Please use it freely in the knowledge that it is meant to be a helpful resource for the (now) large community of smots(tm) users. Positive comments and criticisms are welcome and if there are ways in which we can improve the product, we will always be happy to try. I’m up at NAMS Conference in Manchester at the moment where it has been good to meet many of our existing customers; quite a few prospective new ones too, and of course they too will be welcome to post questions and comments here, and if you know the answer before we do, please post it!
Best wishes, Gordon
